Conditions of Use

These conditions regulate the procedure for purchase-sale transactions made through hobiSPORT.ee. Other legal relationships are regulated by the legislations valid in the Republic of Estonia.
1. hobiSPORT.ee reserves the right to change or amend these conditions and the pricelist at any time. Changes and amendments to the conditions and pricelist shall enter into force through the website www.hobiSPORT.ee and the changes and amendments to the conditions and pricelist shall enter into force from the moment of the corresponding change or notification. If you confirm your order before the changes or amendments enter into force, the terms that were valid at the time your order was confirmed shall apply. 
2.  All prices on the website www.hobiSPORT.ee are in Estonian kroons and include VAT. The price of the products may change when making some selections. In this case, the corresponding price change is displayed with the selection.  
3. The pictures displayed with the products are illustrative.
4. Placing the order
4.1.When you have selected the suitable merchandise and quantity click on “Add to shopping cart”. Thereafter, you can continue to shop or start to checkout your order.  
4.2. You can review the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on “Shopping cart”. There you can change the quantity of the ordered items, the delivery instructions or delivery address. 
4.3. Check to make sure your contact information is correct, in order to avoid delays or problems with your delivery. Neither hobiSPORT.ee nor the postal company is responsible for any delays or problems with the delivery of your merchandise if this is caused by errors in the information that you provide when placing your order. In order to place, click on “Checkout”.
4.4. If you need to change the information, click on “Continue” and select the appropriate means of transport.
4.5. Click on “Continue” again. Review the merchandise, quantities, prices, addresses, etc. When you have reviewed the conditions of use, check the corresponding box and click on “Confirm order”. 
5. Paying for the merchandise
5.1.The order confirmation that is the basis for payment shall be sent to you by e-mail. Before making payment, check the invoice to make sure it corresponds to your order. After payment, a copy of the paid invoice shall be sent to you.
5.2. We shall start to process the order on the next workday after the payment is received. Your order and invoice shall be cancelled if you do not pay the amount shown on the invoice within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
5.3. The order shall be filled within three weeks of the payment being received. Merchandise that is in the warehouse shall be dispatched on the workday following receipt of payment.
6. Delivery of merchandise
6.1. The items shall be delivered to you by the method that you choose.
6.2. If it turns out that the merchandise that you have ordered cannot be delivered by the promised deadline, we shall notify you at the first opportunity, by contacting you at the phone number or e-mail address you have provided when placing your order. At that time, we shall also notify you of the new delivery date. If you are no longer interesting in receiving the merchandise due to the delay in delivery, you have the right to cancel your order and we shall refund your payment.
7. Cancelling the order and returning the merchandise

7.1. If the merchandise is not suitable, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery and to return the merchandise, by sending the corresponding e-mail notice to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it along with the invoice number, your bank account number and contact information. Your transport costs are not subject to refund if you return the merchandise.
7.2. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
Upon the return of the merchandise, the amount you paid for the purchase shall be refunded to the bank account you indicate no later than within 30 days of the return of the merchandise. 
8. Warranty and return of non-conforming merchandise.
8.1. When accepting merchandise, make sure that it conforms to your order. If you have bought merchandise from hobiSPORT.ee that turns out not to conform to requirements, we shall make an exchange within 30 days, if you present the original invoice.
8.2. HobiSPORT.ee is not liable:
8.2.1. for the deterioration of or damage to the merchandise caused by you;
8.2.2. for shortcoming that have been caused by the improper use of the merchandise;
8.2.3. for the natural physical wear of the merchandise that results from its normal use.
8.3.   Upon the discovery of the non-conformity of the merchandise or any shortcomings in the merchandise, please send the corresponding notice as soon as possible by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Hobisport.ee shall review the complaint within 7 days of receiving it and notify you of the possible solution.
8.4. The valid laws of the Republic of Estonia apply in regard to the rights and obligations related to the warranty.
9. Other conditions.
9.1. We consider the information provided by you to be confidential and shall not forward it third parties except in cases specified by law.  
9.2. The valid legislations of the Republic of Estonia apply in regard to issues not resolved by these conditions. 
9.3. Any disputes that develop between you and hobiSPORT.ee shall be resolved by negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, you have the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the Harju County Court. The valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply in the resolution of disputes.
